Before You Submit
Tell us the type of engagement, the approximate size of the workforce involved, and what data you expect to provide. For pay equity analyses, the dataset we ultimately work from typically includes one row per employee: an employee ID or name, gender, race/ethnicity where collected, department, level or grade, annual salary, and tenure. You may attach a data file below (CSV, Excel, or PDF, up to 10 MB). For large or especially sensitive datasets, submit the form without a file and we will arrange a secure transfer channel.
